But for the past week same happening also body is always heat. Now my question is whether I can take paracetamol? Will it affect my pregnancy by any chance if I'm pregnant. Any chance that I can be pregnant? Or any ways to test pregnancy now? Please help me. For the one week I'm suffering.

Hi, Paracetamol is safe during pregnancy. So if you are pregnant it is safe. But get checked for low grade fever. By a Physician. It could be Uti,RTi, or Typhoid fever. Also check your pregnancy by a card test and do a Beta HCG.
