Dear Doctors Today I do blood test for lipid profile then my total cholesterol is 206 mg/dl and triglycerides is 365 mg/dl. Can I reduce it through good diet & excercise also I want to know that what non veg food can I consume. Please suggest.. I am really scared after seeing the report. Is this life threat alarm. Everyone said it's became normal with good food habit.

Yeah , its became normal with good healthy food like low intake of fat,carbs.avoid spicy and oily food .take more fibrous food and liquid diet its good for you.so lifestyle modifications are play a important role in this stage.
