Treatment for OCD Spectrum.
I have  problem of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder/Spectrum that negative thoughts are repeatedly come into my mind & disturbs my daily life activities. These thoughts affected my heart & brain with fear, disturb my sleeping during night, upset my stomach, increase my heart beat, upset my mood, etc. How can I get rid of these negative thoughts completely from my mind & what is the best medication for this.

I think you have panic attacks with obsessive compulsive disorder that could be a part of this disease itself. Obsessive compulsive disorder is a treatable condition with proper medicines. To write a prescription we need to take detailed history liek from how long and how frequently you get these thoughts etc. So better to consult in person
