Traction Alopecia in beard
Hi Doctor, From past few months I have observed I was loosing hair under my left jawline. Now there is a big patch under the jawline. I belong to religious sikh family which forbids me from cutting the beard so I have to tie it in a knot. After looking on net I figured out it can be traction alopecia due to hair tying. I don't tie my beard tightly now but can someone here Please guide me for treatment ? Any tricologist in Delhi who have treated such case with postive results ? Please find the attached image of patch

This is not traction alopecia. This is Alopecia Areata which is immunological condition and can be treated effectively. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice
