tooth pain may be due to dental caries which causes cavitation...Get (IOPA) x-ray done to rule out the cause â¦
If it is due to cavitation get the tooth treated by root canal treatment or simple filling which depends on extent of caries...â¦.
you can take pain relief DOLO 650 ...how ever medication is only temporary relief...
