I have been having tooth pain since yesterday it is rct treated tooth 10 years back, and i am pregnant (6weeks), 4 months back i visted dentist for that tooth becase of break of tooth he suggested me when you have pain it is better to be exact that tooth

You need to extract the tooth as you have mentioned that the tooth is fractured . So re-rct cannot be considered . You are having pain as there is reinfection in that tooth . Pregnancy will not be a issue for extraction provided you are not suffering from pregnancy related high blood pressure
