For direct tooth implantation ,we need a CBCT Scan which tells us details about the bone density and general health of bone . Better to do a clinical examination with a dentist along with the scan to design the treatment plan

Before extraction of small root piece which is infected and placement of Implant we need a CBCT scan which tells us about extent of infection, quality of bone and amount of bone available for implant placement.
