Tooth pain. (Cavity)
Any medicine for tooth ache/cavity. I am attaching xray. Please help. Starting mild pain. Non surgical treatment.

Hello and Welcome to PRACTO, I went through the query , and also seen the attached  xray.  There is a cavity noted in first premolar. You need to visit your Dentist to get a filling. Medications for now: - Tab Zerodol P  Sos - Betadine mouthwash ,gargle in lukewarm water 2-3 time a day . - Brsuh twice , avoid sticky or sweet food. You will be fine,nothing to worry about. Dear practo user Just get examined by specialist dentist. Sometimes X-ray won't be much help. Get excavation of decay and let doctor decide what kind of treatment needed.

For now take the medication prescribed. Rx Tab Augmentin 625mg BD Tab Diclomol BD Tab Pan 40 OD Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of very severe pain) Take all for 5 days You have cavity and it can be fixed with simple filling as per what is visible in this radiograph ,the radiograph taken is not good ..need to repeat the radiograph In worst case the treatment called root canal treatment is advisable in which filling will be done till the roots removing all infection from inside the tooth followed by cap placement
