Hi sir...   cavitation is due to amount and frequency of carbohydrates, sugar content  u took.....It is not due to smoke or drinks .... GET x_ray (IOPA) of the involved tooth done.... If the cavity is deep reaching inner pulpal layer , you need to go for Root canal treatment.. If the cavity is superficial, then you need to go for simple filling done...
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist as soon as possible ...

Smoking is not the only cause for cavity. You need to visit your dentist for a checkup. X-ray might be advised for better diagnosis. If the tooth can be restored filling will be done. If it is deep and gives u pain u will have to undergo root canal therapy n if the tooth cannot be saved it will be extracted
Next Steps
visit ur dentist asap

You must get the tooth filled from a dentist. Get regular check ups. If you wait till the cavity is bigger it may involve the pulp of the tooth and cause problems
