Hello Wisdom tooth errupts between 18-23 years. So it's quite normal. It might not be pain.... Just the pressure that you are experiencing. It takes months to errupt out and you might have this on and off irritation until then. If the pain or pressure goes intolerable.... You can get it removed. Usually wisdom tooth creates problem because there often isn't enough place for it to errupt.
Next Steps
donot panic. wait and watch. if pain is intolerable visit your dentist and get it extracted.
Health Tips
keep the area clean. Luke warm salt water gaurgle. donot self medicate yourself. use cold compression.... like ice cubes from outside or drink cold water for temporary relief.

Hello sir, A permanent solution to your problem is to extract the wisdom tooth as they are non- functional and do not play any role in mastication. For bad smell, you should visit your dentist and get scaling and polishing done followed by rinses with chlorhexidine mouth wash.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist for further consultation and treatment.
Health Tips
Do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day.

Hello sir, if your wisdom tooth is creating pain and discomfort, it's better to extract it, because it's an extra, non-functional tooth, which may create ulcer in your mucosa due to constant irritation... So, it's safe that you extract it... For bad smell, after extraction, do a general cleaning and polishing followed by chlorhexidine mouthwash and brush twice daily...
Health Tips
Do warm saline gargle...
