Too much weakness
Hi doctor, I am feeling very tired from last 5 to 6 days, when i am consuming anything..being it cooked food or snacks, i m again splitting it out, even if i drink water the next movement it comesout of mouth and i split them too.. my blood report seems to be normal, I dont know yy i am feeling soo weak..when i bath i feel refreshed for a while..then after i feel weak again. I have got rapid swab test done and its negative. i am having sinusitis and migrine from many long years. From last 7 days when ever i am splitting its combined with foam, that is salaiva is combined with foam, i am using pantab 40 for acidity. i dont understand if its anxiety or else any issue. I m feeling tired while walking too.. like while i am walking i feel like i need to take rest. i came into contact with a covid primary contact on 18th april.. i got vaccinated on 14th april..1st dose. Can u please suggest what can be done. thanks in advance. attached CBP report
