I used to be very thin n skinny. In my childhood i used to be very healthy but i lost a lot of weight and used to be 45 kgs. But now i work as an IT and i work about 12-13 hours a day but mostly at night and my weight is about 65 to 70 kgs. I dont get time to involve myself in any physical exercises. I have gained a lot of weight and too much tummy fat which makes my life very difficult. I want to lose weight and reduce my tummy. I need a good doctor who can help me with proper medications to loose weight n tummy as i dont time to go to gym or try any physical exercises.
