I am just 17 year old and worry too much get afraid easily at small things,like quarrels between parents,or test at school,or when someone confronts me.I am mentally too much weak.Sometimes I stress so much that i feel like my temperature is rising and i get breathing problems and my chest pounds. My BP is also rising since 2017.I get afraid easily of even a little dangerous situation and feel myself trembling.My BP has risen to 150/110 since a long time.Even my cholesterol is rising,my
LDL cholesterol is 90 which is normal but high and
HDL is 41,which is low .What can I do to reduce my BP,bad cholesterol as well as stress?Do meditation and yoga really work?Please Help.Thank you.
