Ulcers on tongue..painful white blisters from past 20 days...coming back after hot foods and spicy food... It went off again I eat groundnut boiled...it came back Am allergic to ground nut Applying quadragel... Now pain is reduced but not cured completely Pls help It's irritating me a lot Any problem

These ulceration can be due a number of reasons such as iron and vit b12 deficiency, stress,allergic  foods ..etc

test for allergens apart from peanut as well test for iron vit b12 levels

Your symptoms represent recurrent apthous ulcer .. it's important to strictly avoid groundnut..Hot and spicy foods can also have worsen mouth ulcers,so limiting them. Quadragel Good for temporary pain relief.

avoid peanuts/groundnut completely and reduce spicy,hot,and acidic foods. maintain oral hygiene rinse your mouth with lukewarm saline consider vitamin B- complex with zinc after discussing with your dentist if the ulcers last longer and increasing size, weight loss,fever,neck swelling visit  dentist for examination and test..
