To boost immunity?
Does anyone know good supplements for Vitamin C, Zinc, and Vitamin D — either a combined one or separate (single-single) ones for each? I’m looking for something  affordable  for daily use. I can’t take Limcee due to acid reflux, so alternatives would be appreciated. Preferably something that can fulfill the full daily recommended amounts (RDA) of each.
