I have been suffering from my TMJ Pain since about 10+ years now and I have done everything possible but still I can't get relief from my TMJ pain I am can't sleep at night it is really hard for me chew my food and so on and I just don't know what should I do.

TMJ pain is due to dislocation or disc displacement. You have to take analgesics along with muscle relaxants to relieve pain.in severe pain cases,corticosteroids has to be taken. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and dietary instructions and to know about laboratory investigations to perform.
Chronic TMJ pain can be due to any high points present in the restoration done. Or due to infection and inflammation. Improper chewing habits. We need proper investigations and radiographs in this regard to diagnose the cause.
