Hello, Am a mother of 3 year old..post pregnancy i was not involved in much physical activity or excercises...and now am feeling too tired after any physical activity like cleaning, cooking or playing with kid..almost feel like giving up on work or daily activities... always tired to, not interested in doing in traveling to office or traveling out during weekends...as it takes a lot of toll on me ...l ger headache often which i didn't have before kid ....is there any underlying causes or how can I overcome from this lethargy...

Nothing to worry, it happens with all the females who are less active after their pregnancy. What you can do is get some regular test done and get to know if there any deficiencies in your body along with that start doing some yoga or some stretching exercises along with aerobics.
