Tired / iron problem / bowel problem
I was on venafaxine for chronic fatigue for 9 yrs and started to come off off it in October - February. My mood was getting lower so I went to the doctor 3 weeks ago. I was put on antidepressants to help me sleep and complete blood tests were done. My iron serum is 4, doctor says my heoglobin is fine but my red cells are too small, indicating bowel disease. A stool sample is being tested (ferritin test) and I’m taking iron tablets however, still feel ill, tired and due back to work on Monday

Hello,
CONTINUE venafaxin. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc so it keeps you HYDRATED so least weakness.. light diet home made. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK GRESY FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE.with iron u will improve. Light diet with least oil.to be consumed take small amount but FREQUENTLY.ok.
