Tiny speck of bleeding and rash feeling

Hi all, In my office there is tissue paper culture in the bathrooms. Lately, I feel burning sensation after Wiping around the anal region and today morning, I saw a tiny speck of blood. Is this because of Wiping or could it be something else as I have a history or anal fissures and hemorrhoids.
