Tiny bumps on finger
I have tiny bumps like dots on my left index finger and small portion on my thumb. Its been almost a year. It reduces in some seasons but emerges back again. The skin is hard then normal. There is a lot of itching and redness but no pus. Redness occurs in heat and direct sunlight. Skin peels off on itching.
