I am uploading a pic of rashes today after 15 days of iterconazole soap tablets and eberconazole cream and itching tablets with zocon powder treatment.I see patches are still visible. Is this psoriasis or tinea or any hiv symptom after 4 weeks of exposure? Please help.

Based on your description, persistent patches after 15 days of treatment with antifungal medicines and creams are more commonly seen with a partially treated fungal infection such as Tinea or with post-inflammatory skin discoloration that remains after the infection starts improving. In many cases, itching may reduce first while the marks or patches take several more weeks to fade completely. Psoriasis usually appears as thicker, dry, scaly plaques and often behaves differently from a typical fungal rash. From your description alone, this does not specifically point toward HIV. HIV-related skin changes are not diagnosed based only on rash appearance, because many common skin conditions can look similar. Anxiety after a possible exposure can also make people focus more on normal healing changes in the skin.
Next Steps
Continue observing whether the itching, redness, or spread of the patches is improving gradually, as skin healing can take time even after proper treatment begins. Avoid scratching, excessive moisture, tight clothing, or using random over-the-counter creams, especially steroid-containing creams, because they can worsen fungal infections and delay recovery. If the patches are spreading rapidly, becoming painful, developing pus, or not improving over time, a direct professional skin examination would be the safest next step. Health Tips
Keep the affected area clean and dry, change sweaty clothes promptly, and avoid sharing towels or personal clothing items. Maintain good hygiene and reduce stress levels, as stress and anxiety can sometimes aggravate itching and skin sensitivity. Avoid repeatedly checking or rubbing the patches, because this can irritate the skin further and make healing appear slower. A balanced lifestyle, proper hydration, and adequate sleep also support healthy skin recovery and overall immunity. Thank you
