Acute premature ejaculation
I am a 41 year old unmarried male living outside India. I lead a fairly healthy lifestyle. Not overweight, no drinking and smoking. For several years I have had issues with erections and premature ejaculation. I have tried medication through a psychiatrist to calm the mind and it works perfectly but the moment the medication stops, my problems come back. Some times the ejaculation is within seconds and merely touching the penis causes ejaculation. Can someone recommend a more holistic approach to curing this. I do not want to try random medicines in the market as they do not work either. I need a more long term and sustainable solution please.

Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation can have physical, psychological, or combined causes. A detailed evaluation is recommended to identify the underlying cause. Long-term management often includes lifestyle optimization, pelvic floor exercises, stress management, and targeted treatment based on the diagnosis.

Dear Practo User, This is more of physical issue then psychological. It seems to me that you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot in past and sometimes you still do. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon and also sometimes ejaculate within few strokes? Sometimes PE is a problem for men who have erection problems (erectile dysfunction or ED). This is when men are not able to get or keep an erection that's firm enough for sex. Since an erection goes away after ejaculation, it can be tough to know if the problem is PE or ED. ED should be treated first. Premature ejaculation may not be a problem once the ED is treated. We can help you in treating both the issues of Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation step by step. So if you genuinely interested in seeking a solution for these issues then you can contact me either online or in person. Would be happy to help you. You can contact me directly through my website link - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com

Hello. The combination of erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) is quite common, and in many men both conditions worsen each other. The fact that your symptoms improve significantly while on medication prescribed by a psychiatrist suggests that performance anxiety, excessive sexual focus, or underlying psychological factors may be playing an important role. However, since the problem has been present for several years and you are now in your 40s, it would be advisable to undergo a complete evaluation including blood sugar, HbA1c, testosterone levels, thyroid profile, prolactin, lipid profile, blood pressure assessment, and a review of any medical conditions that could affect sexual function. A sustainable long-term approach usually involves a combination of psychosexual therapy, anxiety-management techniques, pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises, regular physical activity, adequate sleep, and treatment of any underlying medical issues. Behavioral techniques for PE (such as stop-start and squeeze techniques) can also be helpful when practiced consistently. In some cases, medications are required for longer durations and may be gradually tapered under supervision rather than stopped abruptly. Since ejaculation occurring within seconds or even with minimal stimulation is quite severe, I would recommend to have consultation with me for a comprehensive assessment rather than relying on over-the-counter products or supplements. For consultation, u can directly msg on nine nine three one zero four five zero zero eight.
