I got cut in finger with a knife being used by my maid. She had used the knife about 8 to 9 hours before and then while cutting fruits my finger got cut with it. I started having an HIV fear and ended up getting her tested with 4th generation testing one week later. Her report was negative. But I still have a fear that if she would have the virus in any case which the test didn't pick and if I got infected with this incident. My 4th generation test result 26 days after this incident is negative. Do I need further testing ? Is there any risk ?
