Thyroxine 50mcg one before breakfast. Shalcal xt one at night to compensate calcium depletion.  Iodine rich food.

You have mild hypothyroidism. Just take iodine rich food like sea weed, eggs, dairy products, legumes, pumpkin seeds. Take tab zinc 10mg daily for 2 weeks. Repeat thyroid function tests after 12 weeks.

Treatment depends on symptoms, repeat thyroid values, anti-TPO antibody status, pregnancy planning, menstrual issues, weight changes, fatigue, and cardiovascular risk factors. Not everyone with this pattern immediately requires thyroid medicine. Diet-wise, maintain adequate iodine intake through normal iodized salt use (avoid excess supplementation), good protein intake, nuts/seeds, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and regular exercise. Selenium-containing foods such as eggs, fish, sunflower seeds, and 1–2 Brazil nuts occasionally may help support thyroid function. Correct deficiencies like Vitamin D, B12, iron, or zinc if present. Routine self-medication with thyroid supplements or high-dose iodine is not recommended. Levothyroxine may be considered by a physician if TSH remains persistently elevated, symptoms are significant, anti-TPO antibodies are positive, or if pregnancy is planned.

Dont rely on Total T3 and Total T4 reports. You need to get Free T3 and Free T4 done. and followup with the Reports and consult with a MD MEDICINE doctor. DIETARY ADVICES- Use iodized salt regularly (avoid excess intake). Foods rich in selenium and zinc may help thyroid health: • Nuts (especially Brazil nuts if available) • Pumpkin seeds • Whole grains • Legumes • Maintain healthy weight and regular exercise. Things to avoid/excess: • Excess junk food and sugary foods • Excess alcohol/smoking • Large amounts of raw cruciferous vegetables daily (raw cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, soy) are best avoided in excess, though normal cooked intake is fine.
