A positive test ASO titre can indicate recent or current group A, C, and G streptococcal infection (eg, upper airway infections, scarlet fever, toxic shock syndrome) and may support the diagnosis of post-streptococcal infection complication (eg, glomerulonephritis and rheumatic fever).you need to take appropriate antibiotics to avoid getting it spread. No need to panic. But your kidney and heart may be at risk if it spreads. So consult as I advised. Tc
