  4. Throat pain. Started today morning!

Throat pain
Hurts while swallowing. Throat pain. Had ice-cream and soda together. Seems like a throat infection . I have had a history of throat infection. No fever as of now. Minor weakness .with headache. Used betadine gargle 3 times. Problem started today morning

Continue betadine gargles twice a day . Take lidocam lozenges to ease the pain and take paracetamol if u have fever. Avoid cold and sour food .
