Hello, For your throat pain and cough, I would recommend the following steps: 1. Warm saline gargles or Betadine gargle 1-2 times daily. 2. Steam inhalation twice daily to relieve throat irritation. 3. Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 3-5 days if there are signs of bacterial infection. 4. Tab Montelukast and Levocetirizine (e.g., Montek LC) once at night for 5 days to manage allergic symptoms. 5. Light diet with plenty of warm fluids like soups or herbal tea to soothe the throat. If symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to consult a doctor for a thorough evaluation. From the information provided you might have acute tonsillitis ( tonsil an organ present in oral cavity ) associated fever might suggest infection. As immediate remedy consider taking saline gargle ( salt mixed with filtered water) and do 2 times a day. Please be advised its not a medication its a home remedy for pain.. please consult online with my profile for further medical prescriptions. You might need antibiotics and fever medications for the symptoms after virutal examination.
Next Steps
Consult through profile for further medication.
