Dear, for throat infection
1) Do warm salt water gurgle
2) Avoid cold water (to drink and bathe) for few days
3) Take rest till two days and avoid work during rest, read books and use less of mobile phone
4) Take sattvik foods (avoid oily, spicy, pungent or kept foods), take pure vegetarian foods like chapaati/rice/sabzi/daal
5) Drink extra water and eat little extra for strength and immunity
6) If face allergy or not feel well within 48 hours inform me using Doctor Insta chat/WhatsApp message/sms or contact a reliable local doctor
7) Avoid alcohol , meat, eggs
Medicines :
a) Augmentin 250 mgs(Amoxicillin) thrice a day(strictly after meals breakfast, lunch and dinner) for three days(If Amoxicillin is 500 then dose should be twice a day for three days)
b) Becosule twice a day after lunch and dinner for three days
c) Continue paracetamol twice a day after meals for three days
If allergy or side effect to any of these medicines stop it and do let me know immediately
