Throat issue
When I eat food, I have to forcefully swallow it, and it still gets stuck in my throat. Feels like my throat is semi paralyzed. And also, I have lost sensation in my head, throat and chest. When I try to sleep, I can feel jerks in my neck n throat as if blood is trying to reach brain but it's getting blocked. It's not hypnic jerk because hypnic jerk lasts for milliseconds and my jerks last for 10-15 minutes. I cannot even feel pleasure in head and body after this problem started. Earlier I used to feel pleasure by just holding hands. But now I am not feeling any sensation. Also, I have copd since 2020. Please help me as I cannot feel any pleasure from clitoral stimulation and sex and difficulty swallowing. Brain MRI says mild narrowing of cavernous part of internal carotid arteries and neck MRI says mild disc bulge at c3 c4 c5 c6 c7
