From past four days, sometimes i cannot swallow food without water. Earlier i eaten without water, but now sometimes in middle i cannot swallow without water getting stucked. If i take water, than i can swallow...

As per your description you might have developed diffuse oesophageal spasm.. need to be evaluated by barium swallow x-ray.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
