Throat irritation
Hello...I m feeling some mild throat irritation... something like ( gale mai kaante) not severe...I m able to eat n drink very well...but feeling something in throat...no fever nothing else... Pls advise ...some medicine...or way forward...

You can start with Steam inhalation ( with VICKS / KARAVOL PLUS ) Salt water gargles ( warm ) Each if them 3-4 times a day
