Avoid sweets, sour, salty, spicy, cold, oily foods for some days. Keeping dalchini (cinnamon stick) in mouth shall help. Ayurvedic  medicines like Giloy, tulsi, Neem, divya arogya vati, triphla guggul can be used. Make sure your bowels are clean regularly.

Hello my friend, It's  URTI & may be associated with laryngitis. You can continue with hot water gargling. Start this Ayurvedic treatment, * वासावलेह - 1/4 th teaspoon twice a day with Luke warm water. Its effective in respiratory disorders and also has antimicrobial properties. * खदिरादी वटी - 2 tablets twice a day. It is useful in dysphagia(difficulty in swallowing), provides relief in cough, horseness & sore throat. It has got astringent, anti-inflammatory properties. Take care of these things, * Avoid anything which is sour, that is, curd, pickle etc. * Cover up your mouth and nose properly before you go out. * Avoid constipation.
Health Tips
- you can also try steam inhalation.
