Am under ayurvedic detox pgm.today is 2nd day of my snehapana...frm mng i developed throat infection and pain...can i take strepsils r any antibiotics..is it all of a sudden because of procedure?

What procedure are u taking? U won't get infection bcoz of the procedure if u have taken proper care after snehapana

Drink hot water Avoid day sleep n travelling. Keep warm Don't take any medication. If too bad consult ur doctor
