Throat infecrion
Hi, I am having throat infection since 10 days and now can see white spots in throat and its paining. Having stuff nose. Not having fever. Throat pain is increasing. Please advise what it is and how to cure it. Attaching pic for reference.

This could be due to nasopharyngeal infection which might be bacterial or viral cause. You need to drink warm water regulary to prevent further discomfort, and use
tab.augmentin 625 mg in the morning and evening after food for 5 days( if allergic to penicillin need to change antibiotics)
Tab. Dolo 650 mg bd for 3 days
