Throat discomfort

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello doctors, I have feeling of something being stuck in throat. I do NOT have pain while swallowing but have pain in the back of neck. I had an unprotected oral sex few weeks ago. My sex partner was hygienic and he did NOT ejaculate in my mouth. I read in internet that it could be HPV and throat cancer. I'm very scared now. Please advise.
