Throat pain to left since 2 months. Tried anti biotics but no belief. Also since last one month muscles pain to the left of my neck.

You may be suffering from from cervical myofacial pain which can sometimes cause mild pain while swallowing. Ulcer over the gum needs to be examined to identify the cause and once cause is identified appropriate treatment can be planned
