It seems like you may be dealing with a viral infection or possibly pharyngitis, given the throat pain, difficulty swallowing, and the fever you had. In such cases, simple measures like warm saline gargles 3-4 times a day, staying hydrated with warm fluids, and avoiding spicy or cold foods can help. Over-the-counter pain relievers such as paracetamol can help manage the pain and discomfort. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it may be necessary to assess for a bacterial infection like strep throat, which may require antibiotics. For better evaluation and personalized treatment, you can consult me directly or message me via *eight double zero nine eight two one double three two*. ---
