Thinning hair and dandruf

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Dandruff keeps coming after intervals although i wash my hair frequently.. once in 2 to 3 days. Hair fall and thinning hair even after 2yrs of baby delivery. I dont use oil and use mild volume shampoo. No other health issues or medication taken. Plz suggest some supplements and shampoo for healthier hair. Also the moment i use any oil i see hairfall.
