Over thinking doesn't have any benefit except affecting the normal life and occupied the brain with unnecessary thoughts.
You need to understand about irrational thoughts and may be unsolved challenges in your mind which gives you over thinking...
It's necessary to talk with a psychologist/therapist to reveal all the subconscious mind and help you to have a Interpersonal relationship with yourself...
