I am a 19 yr old boy and have been suffering from fungal infection(tinea) for 2 yr. I tried every medicine and 70 % of infection is uncured. Recently we tried removing impure blood and it was thick and removed only few ml. Are both things related? I had been diagnosed with certain disease that increases white blood cells when I was 13 yr old.

The treatment for tinea or fungal infection is simple. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for 4 to 6 weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams. Mistreatment with steroid creams like panderm, fourderm, betnovate, candid b etc and self treatment with cheaper generic medicine is the most common reason for recurrent disease. Another cause of recurrence is cross infection from other infected people in the house. Kindly call me or send photos using online consult option for accurate diagnosis and treatment. There is no such thing as impure blood, do not do blood removal or any such stunts, you can die of bloodloss.
