Body rash in 6 yr old boy

Asked for Male, 6 Years

My boy aged 6 yrs has developed a rash all over his body. Im not sure whats the cause. Could it be due to swimming? Any food? Kid is in discomfort. What should be the due course of cure. Im really worried. Please help!
