Hi, I am looking for a #therapist, I have outgrown two of them and I am looking for a good one who can help me in the chapter called life. Background- I have dealt with my trauma’s, divorce and other associated issues. But I have learnt therapy helps me continue moving in the right direction. Hence someone who has a good experience, and doesn’t mind being challenged. Please do recommend ! Thank you

Hi there! As I understand you have gone through enough. And need a direction to reclaim your own control over life. A little assistance in that endeavour from a neutral outside perspective can definitely help. I'd suggest one thing for sure, practice some silence. Each day spend some minutes with meditation. Silence has helped with resolving situation more than words. Apart from that, we therapists are always happy to help! Take care!
