Hi,
I recommend seeking out a therapist who specialises in trauma, divorce, and other associated issues. It's important to find someone with extensive experience in dealing with these specific challenges, as they will be better equipped to help you navigate through your past experiences and continue moving in the right direction. Look for a therapist who is open to being challenged and who can provide you with the support and guidance you need to thrive in this chapter of your life. Good luck on your journey towards healing and growth!
Hi there!
As I understand you have gone through enough.
And need a direction to reclaim your own control over life.
A little assistance in that endeavour from a neutral outside perspective can definitely help.
I'd suggest one thing for sure, practice some silence.
Each day spend some minutes with meditation.
Silence has helped with resolving situation more than words.
Apart from that, we therapists are always happy to help!
Take care!
Dear User,
I understand your distress. It takes some time to learn your thought patterns better and how to start managing with them. If left untreated, things could start to deteriorate. With time and effort, one can see many benefits from engaging in therapy.
