  4. Testicular pain. Testicles are swollen.

Ive had testicle pain since the last quarter of last year. Ive been to the ER 3 times and was only given an antibiotic. Ive had them swell one time after intercourse, shrinkage, pain in testicle after ejaculation, trouble with an erection, and the veins connected to the testicles are swollen.
