Pain around right testicle
It's been a while I'm facing slight to moderate pain around upper bottom side of the right testicle, and I don't feel pain while standing but when I resting on bed. What's this situation called and what should I do?

Might be orchalgia ,just wear scrotal supporter or V shaped undergarments which one elevate your testis .
