Hello doctor,I got hurt at testicles by a cricket ball and I had a severe pain at that part and also at abdomen.So,please suggest me some remedies or exercises to overcome from this problem.Thank you

There is possibly small blood clot formed there. Usually it go by its own. Get an ultrasound of affected testicle done to rule out more serious problem. Take mild painkiller and anti inflammatory medicines.
