Bicep muscle pain after bowling cricket
I'm having biceps muscle pain after bowling after a gap of 5months in cricket. When pain killer is applied it is reducing and again when I play its increasing. Coracobrachailis is what Google said when I searched with it. So provide me a permanent solution and need to mention there is no problem with the bone at ball and socket area only the muscle pain btw elbow and joint. Any tablets which I can use or an ointment or any physiotherapy is needed plz help me out in this.

This might have happened due to local inflammation around muscle tissue of arm sometimes associated with partial tear of some muscle fibres.
Next Steps
You can start with an analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment, give support to the arm with arm pouch, avoid working with the involved hand..
Health Tips
Avoid playing for now and avoid jerky movements of arm.
