Testicle pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Extreme one testicle pain from last 2 days, Had to go to emergency room for dynapar injection and now the pain is back pain while I am still on Painkillers, testicle were checked physically when i went to emergency room and they said if pain comes back you have to go for ultrasound, Though they didn't find anything on physical exam, what could be causing my testicle pain and what test should i go for, please reply fast
