I don't know why you are so much apprehensive about this report.
I could make out from the Blood report that your father's Platelet count is a little low (but only a little) . This will be significant if he has to undergo a major operation.
In the second report (urine) it shows Glucosuria. He could be a known Diabetic who is not taking his medicine properly. Or he may not be knowing that he is diabetic.
Please get his Blood sugar F&PP done. Also get his HbA1c done.
His kidney function tests should also be done.
Please get the report and consult with a General Physician on Practo with all the reports.

Your father probably is an uncontrolled diabetic who needs prompt management. Consult Physician as soon as possible.
