Hello,
As per the report the patient has low hemoglobin level and patients wbc level slightly changed than normal which means that the patient has infection or recently recovered from it . To further comment on the patient i will have to take history and talk to the patient

To increase the HEMOGLOBIN level improve the diet of patient rich in iron and folic acid which you can get in protein( white and red meat ) dark green leafy vegetable

Repeat the test after 10 days to check the HB level but it’s better if the patient is examined.
