Tennis elbow is a clinical diagnosis, it cannot be diagnosed on x-rays. Treatment is conservative. 1. Strict rest to elbow for 3-4 weeks. 2. Hot water compression is helpful. 3. Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare can be taken. 4. Intralesional injections are reserved for resistant or recurrent cases.
